Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use unpublished information for personal advantage. Publication decisions should be based on the manuscript's scientific quality, relevance, and contribution to the field.
3. Reviewers' Responsibilities
Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, and professionally. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use information obtained during the review process for personal or professional advantage.
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflict of interest and decline the review assignment if circumstances may compromise their impartiality.
4. Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, image manipulation, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct. Allegations of misconduct will be investigated and handled according to appropriate editorial procedures.
5. Conflict of Interest
Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any conflict of interest that may influence the research, peer-review process, or publication decision. Conflicts of interest may include financial, professional, academic, or personal relationships.
