Peer Reviewer Process
FLIPS: Journal of Fisheries Logistics, Innovation and Processing Science employs a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.
Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its relevance to the journal's focus and scope and its compliance with the basic publication requirements. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are assigned to reviewers with appropriate expertise in the subject area.
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts objectively based on scientific quality, originality, methodology, clarity of presentation, relevance of the findings, and contribution to the field. Based on the review reports, the editor makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript.
FLIPS is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of authors' and reviewers' identities and ensuring that the peer-review process is fair, objective, and free from conflicts of interest.
