About the Journal

FLIPS: Journal of Fisheries Logistics, Innovation and Processing Science is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes research articles, review articles, and conceptual studies in the field of fisheries and marine processing science and technology. The journal covers a broad range of topics, including processing technology and product diversification, fisheries logistics and supply chains, food quality and safety, marine biotechnology, industrial innovation, business and management, and the sustainability of fisheries and marine resources.

FLIPS aims to provide a platform for the dissemination and exchange of knowledge among researchers, academics, practitioners, and stakeholders in advancing science, technology, and innovation for a productive, innovative, efficient, and sustainable fisheries and marine industry.

FLIPS is published twice a year, in January and July. The journal does not charge a submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 150,000 is charged only for manuscripts that have been accepted after undergoing the peer-review process.
