Screening for Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to SABANA: Journal of Dryland Agriculture & Innovation (JDAI) will undergo a similarity check using plagiarism-detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate.
The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding legitimate similarities originating from the reference list and properly cited quotations.
The similarity-check results will be considered as part of the editorial process. Manuscripts exceeding the established similarity threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected if plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct are identified.
